RealCAPITA has paired up with a Moroccan partner “Jet Group” a real estate developer based in Casablanca to undertake the development of a US$444 million affordable housing project in several cities in Morocco. The partnership will develop over 22,400 affordable housing units within secured gated communities spread across Morocco (Casablanca, Agadir Marrakech, Tangier, Nador, and Tetouan) and will aim to deliver the full project within approximately 4 years.

Real Suites are the two 12 storey residential towers located in Um Al-Hassam and valued at US$7 million. The two towers would have a total of 68 fully furnished luxurious apartments all built up on 14,510 square feet of land. Injaz Asia equity property fund is being established for the purpose of investing in the real estate market in both developing and emerging economies in South East Asia with dedication to invest directly in opportunistic property assets in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia among other key cities in Asia. This US$100 million fund is being established jointly with Injaz MENA Investment Company (Abu Dhabi) and Asia Equity Partners (Singapore). Real Residence the unique US$23 million project will witness the development of an eight tower compound, located in the newly zoned Hidd area North of Bahrain.
