RealCAPITA signed the construction contract for RealRESIDENCE project in Hidd

The Real Estate Investment firm, RealCAPITA has signed the construction contract for RealRESIDENCE project, this first residential development in Hidd area (North Bahrain), with a cost of $24 million, entrepreneurship main contract.
The contact has been signed between vice chairman and president of RealCAPITA Mr. Mohammed AlTawash and Executive Director of Skyline Corporation Mr. Waseem Bashir Ulhaq, with the attendance of RealCAPITA´s Executive management, Executive Vice President Mr. Qais Al-Maskati and Director of Real Estate Development Mr. Mohammed Dhaif, and Projects Manager of Mena Project Company the RealRESIDENCE project manager Mr. Chris Woodrow.

Mr. Mohammed AlTawash stated: "We are pleased with the rapid distinguished development for RealCAPITA which made it able to establish its name as a competitive development company in the real estate development market, and we are proud to be capable of providing multiple projects with a high construction specifications, we are looking to provide housing units with a new and modern architectural design and Maintaining the high residential services, and one of the main reasons to chose Hidd area is because proximity to Shaik Khalifa Causeway and the liked network of highways leading to all Bahrain and also to Bahrain International Airport and Amwaj Island".

And he added: "RealRESIDENCE project will develop on area of 308,000 square feet, While the total land area is 8288,000 square feet, The project will build on a term of 28 months beginning from the first of July 2008, and to be note that the constructor for billing done by Keller Company (a member of the Keller Group), and as we are aiming the units launching will be by the second half of 2010.

RealRESIDENCE is a residential development consists of 8 buildings, 8 floors, with different architectural Faced design and a unique, luxury style. Units are available from 1, 2&3 bedrooms. With indoor swimming pool located at the last floor, health club and other facilities and services.
