RealGARDENS, completion of the project nearing 70%
RealCapita, announced that the construction work in its signature project RealGARDENS located at Al Jasra area is proceeding on schedule, with the rate of completion of the project nearing 70%.
Mr. Mohammed Al Tawash - Vice-Chairman & CEO expressed pride in what amounted to the development of the project, and stated: "Despite the difficult conditions experienced by the real estate market at the moment, we have been able to meet our obligations to owners and continue the construction according to plan. "
Mr. Al Tawash added: "We have completed the external structure of most of the units. Moreover, we are working on complete the interior finishes. We have recently upgraded the quality of the finishing and the interior designs to demonstrate our uncompromising commitment to quality. Currently the focus is on launching the mock villas in order to provide the customer with a realistic feel of the final product before delivery.
The sale of units of the project had begun in the second quarter of 2008, which witnessed phenomenal success with the majority of units sold to high end unit holders from Bahrain and the GCC.
