RealCAPITA introduced 5-star Royal Tulip Hotel and Spa
Amwaj Gateway Development Company (AGDC) a subsidiary of RealCAPITA have recently introduced 5-star Royal Tulip Hotel and Spa that will occupy the two central towers of the development and a proportion of the villas and offer 300 keys of deluxe rooms and suites and 40 luxurious villas to ensure premium hospitality and comfort.
At the beginning of 2009, the achievements in sub-ground and superstructure works have progressed well with an average of approximately 35 per cent of the concrete works completed for all of the six towers and the beachfront villas. A new floor is being constructed every 10 days at the construction site, Amwaj Gateway project is witnessing a tremendous site progress and the buildings has already reached to level 12 as the contractor is taking two shifts, working 24 hours on the project.
Mr. Qais Al Maskati chief executive officer for Amwaj Gateway development has announced, the progress of the development is running ahead of schedule, as Amwaj Gateway is committed to completing the project despite the market situation and the current economic condition.
Amwaj Gateway is being developed by RealCAPITA, to provide a variety of townhouses and apartments housed in three 20-stories towers. The project accommodates a total of 550 different residential units.
The development will house the necessary facilities and infrastructure that comes at the forefront of luxurious living such as serviced apartments, restaurants, commercial outlets, swimming pools, gymnasium and a private beach all within a gated community embodying the true "access to luxury".
The location of the development is unique in terms of its zoning. It´s the only plot in Amwaj Islands to contain such an integrated mix of facilities with unrestricted sea view and its own private beach. The development (estimated to cost US$ 200 millions) is located by the entrance of Amwaj Islands covering a land area of approximately 360,000 square feet.
The expected completion date of the project is Mid of 2010.
