Amwaj Gateway Begins Constructions Today

Amwaj Gateway, the leading project at RealCAPITA, has today announced the start of construction at the site, Shortly after awarding the Turkish Cukurove Construction Industry and Trd. Inc. the $140 million construction contract.

The project is being developed by RealCAPITA, providing different types of townhouses and apartments housed in three twin twenty-story towers. It accommodates more than 600 different residential units, with serviced apartments, restaurants, commercial outlets, swimming pools, gymnasium and a private beach all within a gated community embodying the true ´Access to Luxury´. The location of the development is unique in terms of its zoning. It´s with unrestricted sea view and its own private beach.

The plot size is 33,000m2 and the total Gross Built-up area of this project is approximately 166,000 m2. Available are a range of spaces varying from 1 bedroom apartments to 5 bedroom apartments and duplex & triplex townhouses. The sales for this project will start by the end of October this year, and the construction is estimated to be completed by early 2010.
