Amwaj Gateway Launches the Eastern Part and Announces the Start of Sales
Amwaj Gateway, one of RealCAPITA outstanding projects, has recently announced the launching of Eastern Part of the project and the start of sales, at the Ritz Carlton, attended by top investors and Businessmen.
The ceremony included a speech by Mr. Mohammed AlTawash, Chairman of Amwaj Gateway Company, followed by a speech by Mr. Qais AlMaskati, Managing Director of Amwaj Gateway Company, which they officially announced the start of sales after announcing the launch of the Eastern Part.

´Amwaj Gateway project is a support to our achievements, as we are honored today after just one year of putting up the idea to announce the start of sales and constructions of the Eastern side of the project alongside other services and safety matters´ he added.
The ceremony also included a video footage of the project, demonstrating the attractive features in Amwaj Gateway.

Amwaj Gateway represents a gateway to the city, a new high society began to flourish on the island, ´The project is an ideal place for housing, and a strategic location on the main road of Amwaj Islands entrance´ he added and highlighted on the short distance between the site and the Bahrain International Airport (5 minutes), from the Center of Manama (20 minutes), and from King Fahad Causeway (20 minutes).
AlMaskati also covered, in his speech, different angles of the project as he talked about the most important elements of Amwaj Gateway where the privacy and uniqueness in the overlooking islands of Muharraq and Manama, with the enjoyment of the see coast (300m long) which makes it an attractive site that provides the highest comfort desired.
The project consists of more than 600 housing units, among three 20 storey towers. The apartment sizes are ranged between one bedroom to five bedrooms, available at several choices between two storey or three storey apartment overlook the sea.
Stressing on other topics related to the project, AlMaskati added: ´The development will house the necessary facilities and infrastructure that comes at the forefront of luxurious living such as serviced apartments, restaurants, commercial outlets, swimming pools, gymnasium and a private beach all within a gated community embodying the true ´access to luxury´. The location of the development is unique in terms of its zoning. It´s the only plot in Amwaj Islands to contain such an integrated mix of facilities with unrestricted sea view and its own private beach´.

The Strategic partners, besides RealCAPITA, are: Alkhuzama Investments, Yara Investments, Kuwait Commercial Markets Complex Company, Ali and Sons, and Salam Group from Qatar.
The Amwaj Gateway development is estimated to take 2.5 years with a cost of nearly US$200 million. The project is a joint venture between RealCAPITA and Yara Investment. RealCAPITA is a Bahraini real estate investment firm, established in early 2006, with a paid-up capital of US$52 million.
Amwaj Gateway Participates in the Arabian Property Exhibition 2007 On the other hand, Amwaj Gateway is participating in the Arabian Property Exhibition 2007(24th-27th, Oct, 2007) along with more than 40 companies from more than 20 countries at the Bahrain International Exhibition Center.
