RealGARDENS to Start Constructions on Site
RealCAPITA, the main developer for RealGARDENS project announced the start of construction on site today, after rewarding AlHidaya Constructions the US$25 million contract.

RealGARDENS is a residential project targeted to create an integrated society combines up market housing units, facilities, and green spaces covering most of the project area and within an exclusive gates society to ensure the security and privacy.
The project is one of RealCAPITA signatures which will change the face of urban North West region of Bahrain, as it is considered as one of the finest residential sites in Bahrain, not to mention the proximity to King Fahad Causeway and the linked network of highway leading to all area in the country.
The permits for constructions and sales were completed by the component authorities, besides the license of the residential units within the complex in Bahrain which will make it the first complex in Bahrain that residents can own their own houses.
Constructions is estimated to be completed within 21 months, and the sales will begin by this December.
RealGARDENS consists of 47 luxury villa in four different design types: Spanish, Moroccan, Tunisian, and Tuscan spread over 258,000 square feet. Besides the other 13 grand villas (12,000 square feet). The total built up area of the project is 258,000 square feet.
It also includes a number of common facilities such as: golf and tennis club, health and social center, plus the artificial lake that covers 70% of the project area. The construction will be finalized in a period of 21 months.
