Amwaj Gateway signs $1.5 million contract with OTIS

Amwaj Gateway Development Company (AGDC), a subsidiary of RealCAPITA, has signed a contract, worth $ 1.5 million for the supply and installation of Otis elevators; this includes 23 elevators to be installed throughout the six 20 storey structures and is due for completion in March 2010.
 
AGDC awarded the contract to Jassim Al Zayani & Sons agents for the world renowned Otis elevators. The superiority of Otis products provides an excellent quality of finish and an unbeatable 25 year lifecycle warranty at the most competitive value. AGDC is keen to continue working with Jassim Al Zayani & Sons towards the successful completion of the project.

This contract is a continuation of the ongoing partnership and cooperation between RealCAPITA with Jassim Al Zayani & Sons who have already been awarded the contract to supply elevators to RealRESIDENCE, (a development of 8 towers consisting of 8 floors each IN Hidd).  By signing on with OTIS, RealCAPITA continues to maintain the high-standards it has set for its projects.
 
Amwaj Gateway is being developed by RealCAPITA, to provide a variety of townhouses and apartments housed in three 20-stories towers. The project accommodates a total of 550 different residential units. The development will house the necessary facilities and infrastructure that comes at the forefront of luxurious living such as serviced apartments, restaurants, commercial outlets, swimming pools, gymnasium and a private beach all within a gated community embodying the true "access to luxury". The location of the development is unique in terms of its zoning. It´s the only plot in Amwaj Islands to contain such an integrated mix of facilities with unrestricted sea view and its own private beach. The development (estimated to cost US$ 200 millions) is located by the entrance of Amwaj Islands covering a land area approximately 360,000 square feet
