RealCAPITA announces the Successful Investment Exit for the Wind Tower

RealCAPITA, a Bahraini real estate investment firm, has announced the successful investment exit with value of $15.75 million for the wind Tower on the Diplomatic area – Manama.  Where the exiting took place with AREIT company - Dubai, which is a real estate investment trust owned by HSBC.

In this occasion Mr. Mohamed Al-Tawash the Vice Chairman and President said:  "RealCAPITA has bought the unoccupied building on the 2006 and it could be able successfully to 100% occupied it, which achieved lucrative returns during the period of the building owned.  The Tower good management has yielded full occupancy which Contributed to facilitate the investment exit.
