RealCAPITA awards BD 4 million Construction Contract to JGIC Construction for RealVIEWS

RealCAPITA, a Bahraini real estate investment firm, has awarded a BD 4 million construction contract to Mohammed Jalal & Sons for the RealVIEWS project, located at Al Fateh Corniche in the heart of Manama.

To mark the occasion Mr. Mohammed Al Tawash, Chief Executive of RealCAPITA announced: "We are delighted to have Mohammed Jalal & Sons on board with the RealCAPITA group; the company has been selected based on its extensive experience in completing various milestone projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain.  Through RealVIEWS we are looking to create a new lifestyle environment for residential life in the Al Fateh Corniche which is considered a vital commercial area in the capital city."

RealVIEWS is a 25 story residential tower; consisting of 58 residential units, containing 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Furthermore, deluxe apartments fitted with ultra-modern decor are also offered. A unique sea view swimming pool is located on the 12th floor, in the middle of the tower, in addition to an indoor swimming pool, a health club amongst other facilities and services.
