AMWAJ GATEWAY TO PARTICIPATE IN BIPEX-2007

Amwaj Gateway- Manama: Amwaj Gateway Company (AGC) yesterday announced its participation in the Bahrain International Property Exhibition, BIPEX 2007, scheduled to be held from November 28 to 30.

The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Qais AlMaskati, Managing Director - Amwaj Gateway Company, Jameel Al Alawi, Director of Conferences for the Bahrain Society of Engineers, Rizwan Mumtaz, Chairman of the Publicity Committee for BIPEX-2007, and Mr. Adel Abdulla, Event Project Manager of AlTashkeel Event Management.

The exhibition is set to highlight the very best of real estate in Bahrain and the GCC, with participation from numerous projects and real estate players.

Amwaj Gateway´s, participation is of great significance to the Exhibition as it is a high-end luxury Property Project coming up on the Amwaj Island. It is a mixed development venture consisting of beach front, town houses and residential towers with a staggering 2 million square feet built up area. The Project has 94 duplex and triplex seafront townhouses and 550 assorted apartments varying from one bedroom to five bedroom units.

"We are looking forward to our participation in BIPEX 2007 which will be around 5 weeks since we would have officially launched our Project" stated Mr. AlMaskati.
