Launching of RealGARDENS project in Al Jasrah Area

RealCAPITA a Real Estate developer announces the launching of its Luxury Villa’s project RealGARDENS located in the heart of Al Jasrah area. The launching ceremony shall be held on Saturday the 23rd of January 2010 in the project located in Al Jasrah area behind Bahrain telecommunication company Batelco, under the patronage of his H.E Shaikh Khalid Bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister to the prime minister Court and H.E Dr. Jumaa Bin Ahmed Al Kaabi the minister of Municipality and Agriculture affairs.

Mr. Mohammed Al Tawash - CEO & Managing Director expressed pride in what amounted to the development of the project, and stated: "Despite the difficult conditions experienced by the real estate market at the moment, we have been able to meet our obligations to owners and finished the construction according to the plans.

Al Tawsh added: "This project reflects the outstanding commitment of the company's long-term obligation to its strategy continues development and move away from the principle of real estate speculation, despite the difficult conditions experienced by the real estate market now. We have committed ourselves through the process of finishing the construction with the highest and latest standards of construction to reflect the aspirations of the company emphasizes on its commitment to create an image of high standards and high level of construction and finishes. The projects will be managed by our team from the Real Estate Management Department to ensure the best quality and services provided to the residents.

The completion of the construction is a great addition to the company's outstanding record of achievements in spite of the short life of the company. The sale of units of the project had begun since last year, which witnessed phenomenal success with the majority of units already sold.

The idea of the project is to construct a luxury residential compound with medium and large size villa’s that provide leisure, sporting facilities and entertainment, where most of the other developments are built for rent and not for sale.

The project also includes a number of common facilities such as tennis and squash courts, a health club and mini movie theater, in addition to the club house, green spaces and common area’s covering 70% of the project.
