RealCAPITA, Bahraini investment real estate firm, has announced today the start of constructions at RealFRANCE site, located in Saint Julien En Genevois, in Southeast France with a total cost of ₤70 million.

RealPALAIS is a residential development consists of 11 buildings, holding more than 180 housing units, with a mixture of the old fashioned and modern scenery, which is based on the old Chaetae conversion style. Units are available in Single and Duplex, bedrooms range from 2 to 4 bedrooms.
The special about this development is the proximity to Lake Geneva in Southeast France, and the France-Swiss border with a distance of less than 7km from the City of Geneva.
RealPALAIS is being developed on an area of 40,000 sqm and the launch of units will be by this Second quarter of the year, to hand over the keys to buyers by 2010.
