RealCAPITA starts the new year announcing its latest US$ 23 Million Real Residence in Hidd. |

Manama: RealCAPITA, the fast growing real estate developer in Bahrain, announced its first project for this year, the development of a total of 8 tower compound each nine stories high, in Hidd. This unique US$23 million development was awarded to Arabian Architecture the leading architectural office to design and administrate the projects final perspective. Real Residence will be considered one of the first real estate developed in the newly zoned Hidd area considering its alignment with other major developments that the area is witnessing, such as the Khalifa bin Salman flyover leading from Sitra directly to Hidd and the Khalifa bin Salman port in Hidd.
