Manama: RealCAPITA, the fast growing real estate developer in Bahrain, announced its first project for this year, the development of a total of 8 tower compound each nine stories high, in Hidd. This unique US$23 million development was awarded to Arabian Architecture the leading architectural office to design and administrate the projects final perspective.
Real Residence will be considered one of the first real estate developed in the newly zoned Hidd area considering its alignment with other major developments that the area is witnessing, such as the Khalifa bin Salman flyover leading from Sitra directly to Hidd and the Khalifa bin Salman port in Hidd. Mohammed Dhaif, Development Director at RealCAPITA stated that the 8 towers will turn to a stunning 9 storey compound each with a distinguished façade. Each tower will consist of ground and mezzanine parking, six floors of apartments and the top floor dedicated area to leisure facilities to the tenants. Other recreational facilities available are saunas, steam rooms, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and a gymnasium. All tenants will have a their own luxurious living standard and will be part of Bahrains most hospitable communities”
